I would like to give special mention to Vemice Dobbs, our Convention Co-ordinator, as well as to Jason who took care of our every want pertaining to conference services. Their attentiveness and delivery on our needs were impeccable on every front, and certainly helped to allay any anxieties we may have had about taking our group outside of Canada. In addition, the Royal Villa concept added a unique dynamic to our meeting and was instrumental in fostering relationships among the occupants.

I have known for many years that Half Moon is in a class of its own. Over the years newer more "trendy" resorts have popped up, but very few have, or will be able to withstand the test of time like Half Moon. It's every bit as warm, friendly and inviting as the first time I stayed, however it is also just as deluxe and spectacular, perhaps even more so, than ever before. For those of us (we older ones) who remember the grace and elegance of the original resort, we cannot be anything but overwhelmed and stunned at how magnificent it is right now.

That brings me to the staff of Half Moon. Obviously most of my group work was done with a small key number of people in advance. I can honestly say that it would be next to impossible to find people as warm, friendly and professional as my Half Moon "team"… all the time displaying patience, tolerance and professionalism...with a dose of laughter thrown in. Every single staff person that I came into contact with at Half Moon is a wonderful ambassador for the resort. You will not find any staff anywhere better than these.

My group all said that in the 22 years of their incentive programs, we saved the best for last.

Every year our company offers a trip to some of the crème de la crème of our sales staff and a few lucky people from our Corporate Offices, this year Half Moon came highly recommended... We not only introduced the Half Moon to our Employees but also 4 other manufactures that we brought with us, and they all loved it!

I was very nervous about everything, I needed everything to go PEFECTLY and thanks to your staff PERFECTLY it did!

Every question that I asked was answered in a very professional timely manner, all of them made sure that every request that I had was dealt with in the most attentive way and they always made sure that our group were taken care of and happy! And happy they ALL were!

Hello Half Moon Team!

A huge thank you from the EHAP Inc. Team for helping us make this 4th Soultrip a tremendous success! All of the women rated the resort very highly in our evaluations. Several of the women have indicated that they will be returning to the resort with their families! I am so glad that the Soultrip will generate more business for the resort! In fact, we are looking at possibly bringing the Soultrip back in 2011!!!

I want to personally say thank you to each of you for your kindness, professionalism and service during the planning and the execution of this event!...I think my highlight was the swimming with the dolphins and the spa! I am looking forward to returning to ride the horses in the morning in the ocean!

Girlfriend Soul Trip 2008 Group (October 2008)

The Group was a bit edgy with the new takeover and all the big changes going on within the company.

The good news is that everyone had a wonderful time at Half Moon. We have had some very positive feed-back from participants and management. The villas worked out very well and some very good bonding went on around their pools.

The last night was exceptional. As Lystra promised, the location was lovely...

Hopefully we can bring another group to Half Moon in the near future.

Half Moon is an incredible property to say the least.

It welcomes you immediately with its beauty and charm and you become drawn so quickly that it's almost scary. This same feeling and desire to go back was not only felt by myself but by many of our guests.

I have heard nothing but raving compliments about their trip. The most complimentary comment was, "we would love to come back again for another Goldwell event."

This group of people is very accustomed to being treated to 5 Star properties by our competitors and they were more than pleased to compliment Half Moon as being above them all.

Goldwell is seriously considering a return, it may be with a different group of people, but we were so impressed by Half Moon that it's hard to think of going anywhere else.
